• Set the Edgemate 100 on its own table just to do backsplashes. Just slip the backsplash underneath the track while the track stays clamped to the table.
• The Edgemate 100 has a 45 degree stop to do beveled edges. It also has sliding stops to do any type of bevel.
• For small shops without a bridge saw, the quality of your saw cut becomes less important because you can remove the saw kerfs in the edge shaping procedure.
• Shops that do laminated or build up edges won't need to go back and saw the edge, just use a coarse cup wheel. 
• In shops that have a line polisher, the Edgemate 100 can do your tops with inside corners. It will get within 2 inches of the corner on a L-shaped top.
