Edgemate Stone Tools 1 Year Limited Warranty

Edgemate Stone Tools LLC warrants to original purchaser of the tool that all components of the tool, except for those parts subject to normal wear (e.g. spindle motor, chain, sprockets), will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damages due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, lack of proper maintenance, or repairs or alterations by persons other than Edgemate Stone Tools. When returning your tool for service, the shipping charges must be prepaid and the tool should be shipped in its original container. The tool should be properly packed and any damages that occur during shipping are not covered by Edgemate Stone Tools. Edgemate Stone Tools reserves the right to use new or remanufactured components for warranty replacement. The tool or components repaired under warranty will be returned to customer at Edgemate Stone Tools expense. There are no warranties extending beyond the above warranties.
