Edgemate Stone Tools LLC is a Minnesota based manufacturing company that is licensed to build the Edgemate 100. The Edgemate 100 was named for its capacity to do a 100 mm bullnose. The inventor wanted a faster, easier and safer way to polish stone edges. The biggest challenge was to design a machine that would work in a stone fabrication shop. The Edgemate 100 was designed to survive in this abrasive environment. It is easy to use and produces edges that are perfectly shaped and polished. Other challenges were to make it affordable and make the product safe for the operator. We have achieved these goals and much more. After many years of development, numerous patents and nine generations of this machine, we have a machine that is durable, easy to use and produces high quality edges.
