These are statements our
customers have made:
I hired a guy this morning, trained him
on the Edgemate 100 and that afternoon he
was doing perfect 3 cm demi-bullnose edges. Thanks
Edgemate Stone Tools.
We are a small shop and use a rail saw to cut
slabs. And sometimes our cuts aren't perfectly straight. Our
Edgemate cleans up that mess.
We have created so many referrals,
because our seams are so razor tight. We don't even color our
epoxy anymore for most stones. We use the Edgemate to back
grind our seams until the top edge is razor
sharp.
We still use our Magnum router, but we put four times more
hours on the Edgemate 100.
The Edgemate 100
shapes the stone twice as fast as our router and we don't have to
buy an expensive bit for each different
profile.
We have a line polisher and offer in 6 cm bullnose.
Without an Edgemate I would have to put a seam in every L
shape top. I hate putting seams in every corner. The
Edgemate 100 is the only line polisher that can
get close to an inside corner and still match the machined
polish from our big
polisher.
I work in Minnesota and on the cold days its no fun
getting wet. The Edgemate keeps me dry when polishing
edges.
This machine just glides, like its
floating, you really have thought of
everything!
For our 4cm and 6cm build up
edges, the Edgemate 100 saves us huge time in not
re-sawing the edge and the quality of the edges are
unbelievable.
We are a "start up" company and just
landed a huge client because of the quality of our edges.
I'm sick and tired of my new guys
hitting the face, this machine prevents all of
that.
We get all of our work through
referrals. And its do to the fact that are edges are better than
anyone else's. This is a
great machine.
When I try to do something
different with the machine. I find something new on the machine
that shows that you thought of everything and this machine can do
more than we planned.
We have done over 300 kitchens with
an Edgemate.
Bob, we would like to order another
Edgemate. Oh and I have an employee that wants to buy one to ship
back to Mexico.
Bob, we have the machine figured
out and in production. But I'm still impressed how great these
edges are with this little machine.
I lost my job when the shop I
worked for closed. No one was hiring so I started doing granite in
my garage. Using a rail saw and doing work by hand was a step
backwards. Just bought an Edgemate in Jan '09 and "THIS THING
IS AWESOME !" It cleans up my rail saw hooks and the polish
is better than the shop I use to work for.
